Charge Back Policy

Our customers are strongly encouraged to contact us directly via email in the nature your expectations are not met within 48 hours of receiving your product. We will work expeditiously and diligently to satisfy the needs of the customer. Most issues can be resolved with simple communication. Therefore, we will not tolerate any charge backs under any circumstances. 
A charge back is when a customer contacts a credit card-issuing bank to request a refund for a purchase made on their credit cards. Charge backs are detrimental to the company being able to provide affordable services and products and can increase operating cost across the board. ALL ABUSERS will be reported to the Charge back Protection Project which could affect the users' ability to purchase at other online retailers across the United States. In all cases where the charge back is fraudulent/ or an attempt to circumvent our policy and contract, we will be forced to file a complaint with the IFCC (Internet Fraud Complaint Center), the users' local authorities and the Better Business Bureau if necessary. If the product was delivered via U.S. Mail or to a P.O. Box , we will also file a mail fraud complaint with the postmaster or Federal Authorities. We will turn all delinquent accounts over to a collection agency. You are FULLY responsible for paying any and ALL monies owed.
